This issue appears to be generated by Google’s Play Store App. However, clearing your Google Play Store cache may bring things back to normal. To do this, follow these steps:

Open your device's Settings
•
Open the application manager
•
Select 'Google Play Store'
•
Tap 'Clear Data' and 'Clear cache'
Now launch Google’s Play Store app, choose the appropriate settings and then try making your purchase again. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please visit
