At an individual level, each participating member of the winning clan will immediately be awarded the full bonus loot they accrued from their victorious attacks. Remember that you can only accrue this bonus by attacking and defeating enemy War Bases.

Finally, winning Wars will give your Clan valuable Clan XP, good for bragging rights and treasured perks.
