As with any online game, players need to make sure that they are on a stable internet connection. To make the most of Clash of Clans, we recommend that you use a stable internet connection and regularly empty your device memory by closing apps, restarting your device, and removing any unused apps that are unnecessarily taking up memory, otherwise it may cause you to lose a battle, some of your loot and some trophies. However, we make sure that you will not lose any of the troops that you deploy after being disconnected.

  

Once your device gets disconnected, the activities performed on the game are not registered on our servers and the remainder of your battle will be fought with whatever troops you deploy before the disconnection. At this time we are not be able to compensate or undo the actions that have already been performed
