As per our Terms of Service, a game account always belongs to the player who created the account, and selling it is strictly forbidden. We have this rule to protect account integrity: as you have found out first-hand, there's no guarantee that an account that has been passed on from one player to another is safe. It can still be accessed by the original owner.

However, this does not mean we tolerate players who abuse their village by selling them for dishonest profit. You can help us ban this account permanently to prevent any future abuse of it, by sending us screenshots of the following:
