For the Get Those Goblins! achievement, you need to finish all Goblin levels in the single player campaign and earn 3 stars in every level. If you have completed even the last levels and still only have 147 out of 150 stars, make sure you have cleared all levels, including the ones where the campaign path branches out. Especially  Fort Knobs, this tends to be a level many players miss.
