As with most downloadable software products, in-game currency is non-refundable. However, considering your circumstances, we are willing to make a one-time exception.

Your refund will be processed within the next 5-10 business days. In the meantime, in-game credit from your refunded order will be retracted from your account, matching the value of your refunded order.
