The “Sandbox” is an Apple test environment, so unfortunately we aren’t able to fix it directly. However, this is only a temporary error, so I’ve posted below some easy to follow steps for bringing things back to normal:

- Fully exit the game
- Open your iTunes
- Sign out of iTunes
- Sign back into iTunes

If this doesn’t work, you’ll receive a popup asking you: “please contact iTunes support”. We encourage you to message them right away . Select “Contact iTunes store support”, then “Purchases, billing and redemption”. Now, choose the option that applies to your case.
