I’d like to apologize. We're very sorry to have found some players who don't respect the rules. We've managed to keep cases like this to an absolute minimum, and would like to prevent them entirely. Good sportsmanship is a hallmark of Clash of Clans, and we're just as angered by this as you are (imagine how our game team feels).

If you can provide us with a URL to a video of what looks like a bot-coordinated attack, we'll take it from there, putting in our due diligence to take action against any player who is in breach of our Terms of Service.

We’re working hard on removing this problem from the game, by tackling the issue at two levels. First, we're taking immediate action against individual accounts using automations.
