The only authorized and safe way to buy gems in Clash of Clans is through the game via the in-game shop. The payment of your purchase is then processed by Google (on Android) or Apple (on iOS).

In your case, we had no choice but to ban your account due to recurring breaches against our terms with regard to buying gems, despite our prior warning. I'm afraid this ban is permanent and cannot be revoked.
