We’re sorry you had to report this to us. Keeping Clash of Clans fair is a major priority. We resist as much as possible any means of taking advantage of the game.  For the most part, the game stays fair due to players like yourself, and no shortage of hard work.

We’re aware of players using their device’s airplane mode to simulate attacks. We’ve created a resolution that almost completely hinders the ability to exploit this feature, but if you notice anyone attempting this at any rate, please contact us as soon as you can.

It’s very difficult for the game to recognize whether connection is cut due to poor Internet access, or on purpose.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and are doing everything we can to keep it out of the game.
