Players with memory issues often experience loading problems. If you too cannot properly load your game, or find that it often crashes, please try the following:

- Reboot your game. Might sound obvious, but helps establish a fresh connection with servers, while clearing device memory.

- Remove (or transfer) unused content from your device 

- Shut off Bluetooth, it saps battery life
