It’s important to us that every Nest Pro installer in our network is providing five-star service.

A few days after getting your Nest product installed and your Nest Account set up, we’ll email you a survey where you can rate your installer and provide feedback about their service. Your feedback will directly impact the installer’s rating and whether they maintain their Nest Pro status.

If you have feedback that can’t wait, particularly if you have a negative experience with your installer, we want to hear about it immediately. Email us. We’ll contact your installer and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
