If you wish to report people who use inappropriate language in the global chat, please tap on their name and choose the "Report" option.

 

Every user can only report a few people each day and you can't report the same person twice in a row. If someone is excluded it means that enough users reported that person to activate the ban. Please note that this is only effective for 24 hours and will not affect their clan chat.

There is also a “Mute” function, which allows you to hide another player's messages from your global chat window. However, a player you have muted will still be able to see your messages. The list of muted players will be reset next time you launch the game.
