Players can change their username by opening the in-game 'Settings' screen and tapping the 'Name change' button. 

Do not use special characters (like emoji) in your username, these might not be visible in your final name. If you’ve already used your one-time name change feature in the game, we are not able to change your username again.

However, we are willing to make an exception under these particular circumstances:

1. - Your name contains both your first **and** last names (e.g. "James Miller")
   
2. - Your name is considered by our criteria to be offensive
