Hey,

Sometimes you’ll be disconnected from the game without immediately being notified. This might prevent your progress from saving following the connectivity error. 

While these instances are out of our control, we’ve put together some helpful information on how to prevent them from happening to you:

1. Make sure your internet connection is stable (Wifi or 3G/4G works best)

2. Verify that your account has enough storage space. Enter your settings, tap on General > About, and check both “Capacity” and “Available”. If the Available space is very low, free up space by removing unwanted applications, music, pictures, or videos. 

3. Free up device memory by closing applications running in the background

4. Shut off Bluetooth.
