The issue you’ve described occurs when the Apple ID used to download the game is different than the one used to make purchases.
If you received a message saying that the game has been downloaded with a different Apple ID, make sure it’s connected to Game Center, and then follow these steps:

Begin by deleting the game

Game Center will prompt you to remove the game from your GC account, make sure to select “Keep” when asked.
3.
Launch the App Store, search for the game and install it to your current Apple ID
4.
Enter the game
