If you have lost your account:
If your account was at any point linked to Game Center or Google Play, logging into the respective account and opening the game should retrieve it.  

If that does not work, please start a new game, and message us directly from within that new game.

Go to: Settings > Help and Support > Lost Account > I lost my account. How do I get it back? > tap “Contact Us” in the upper right corner. 

Please make sure to include the following information:

  • Exact name of the account you lost access to
  • Clan name of the account you lost access to
  • XP level of the account you lost access to
  • Explain how you lost the account
