1. Nykaa does not accept returns for orders shipped outside India. Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received have been deemed to have been received in a damaged or defective state. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
  2. If a return is accepted, Nykaa will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective product. The amount to be refunded will be credited to the customers Nykaa wallet. In case a replacement is required, The additional customs charge will be bourne by Nykaa directly.
