- Open the Nest app and tap or click on the question mark in the password field.
- Enter your email address and press Reset password. We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

- Select the Menu icon in the upper left.
- Select the Account icon (shaped like a gear).
- Select Manage account.
- Select Password.
- Enter your current password and type your new password twice to confirm the change.
