General Nest store shipping and availability questions
When will my order ship?
In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email that has your delivery service information and tracking number.
When possible, we will ship your entire order in one shipment. If part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, you will receive a shipment notice for the entire order when the first part of your order ships. If you don't receive your entire order, the remaining products will ship as soon as they are available. When they do, you'll receive a second shipment notice with a different tracking number. What shipping methods are available?
In the US, we offer FedEx Next Day, Second Day, and Ground shipping to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).
In Canada we offer UPS Express and UPS Ground shipping to physical addresses (No PO Boxes).
Do you ship internationally or to military addresses?
Purchases made on the Nest store only ship to the 50 US States, the District of Columbia and Canada.
