I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble ordering gems. All gem orders payments are processed by Google, so let’s make sure your Google payment settings are in order.
If the gem icons in your in-game shop are greyed out, tap the icon for information about what might have gone wrong. You may need to:
- check that you are logged in with a valid Google account
- go to your personal Google Wallet page (wallet.google.com) and check that your payment method and billing address is in order
- update your Play Store applications by opening and updating it
- wait a little while and try again, because the servers may have been too busy to process your order
