Hi,
After updating to iOS 8, some players may experience problems making in-game purchases; this change is due to new Terms and Conditions required by Apple.
Simply accept the Terms to continue downloading Apps and in-game purchases. To do so, just follow these steps:

Open the App Store
•
Scroll down to your username and tap on it
•
Enter your password, and confirm that you’ve accepted the App Store's new Terms and Conditions
If that does not work you may also try to:
•
Go to your device settings
•
Scroll to iTunes & App Store
•
Tap on your Apple ID
•
Sign out and sign back in.
