If you're checking out the opponent's War Bases and see one with '0' war win bonus, it simply means that the data has not yet finished syncing.
Loading up a Clan War involves collecting a lot of data, and this sometimes takes a little while.
Try again later, and you should see the correct amount of bonus available if you win the battle -- and the war.
