Sometimes a player may get disconnected from the game's servers without being immediately notified. If this happens, anything you upgrade after the disconnection might not be registered by the system.  It may seem like your upgrades disappeared once you're back online, but do not worry, as any resources you spent on those upgrades will not have been taken from you.

If you've used gems to purchase resources, those resources will automatically return to your storages following connectivity errors.  Only spending that loot, or being raided will remove said resources from your village.

Losing connection usually happens due to a poor Wi-Fi signal, your local Internet service provider, server issues and/or device performance. To make the most of Clash of Clans, we recommend that you use stable Internet connection and regularly empty your dev
